第二次入住了、前台服务人员很礼貌、笑容很好、房间很大，洗手间空间也大、卫生非常干净、打电话叫客服人员送东西也很速度、清洁的姐姐也很好、非常亲切、下次来台北还会继续入住

Location of the hotel is great, close proximity with 10-15mins car ride to most major "must visits". The cleanliness of the hotel is top notch, sparkling clean everywhere.
Gym is a little small though but basic essentials are there. Breakfast buffet spread was amazing wish I had more time and tummy space for all the food!

服务有待提升，有很大进步空间
6/12 办理入住，酒店前台接待很制式，沟通机械化感觉就是把流程走一遍，没有温度；
另酒店规定11：00退房，入住时询问可否12：00，前台人员回覆：需要查一下入住情况（可以理解）
很快回复我：可以12点退房
6/13 11：10 打电话到房间，询问退**情
话说，我入住已经提前申请且酒店同意，表示酒店内部没沟通好
再者 11：00退房超过 10分钟就赶客人……

This is a great location with small nigh market nearby. There are also many banks nearby to exchange cash. Will book agin in the future.

地点非常方便，就在捷运站附近，而且这站去不同景点也很快。
房间设施比较旧，而且开了所有灯也很暗。
特别想谢谢前台的ms. Yuko，因为女儿膝盖受伤了，她细心协助，还提供了急救用品，还送了一颗橡皮擦给勇敢的女儿。thank you so much! Staff here are very nice, polite and helpful!

Everything was perfect - the room, the staff service and the well maintained hotel. If i were to offer 1 suggestion, it would be that the breakfast buffet selection could use a bit more variety. In terms of taste, i found that some of the items were not very flavourful
