很温馨的酒店，服务非常到位，房间的清洁度也非常好，冰箱的饮料种类很多零食的备品也很不错，早餐的自助吧虽然区域不是很大，但该有的东西都有，可颂面包非常可口，唯独榕居中餐厅的套餐餐点令人失望

这间嘉佩乐酒店位在写字楼内的部分楼层，所以大堂小，公共设施也不全，特别是游泳池很小很小，想要渡假氛围的人慎定。

服务很差，特别是礼宾部门，我今天11点钟退房，让酒店帮忙寄东西回香港，到现在没有任何讯息，打电话也找不到人，发邮件，收邮件的人让我找应该要找的人，我不知道要找谁

酒店今年刚开，房间装修味道还是有的，建议一到两年後再去。
新开业服务还是欠缺，晚上18:30客到酒店，没有迎宾、没有服务生召呼。14层check in，14层客房装修味道很大後换到16层，16楼道里也满是装修味道，所以我知道再提出也无意义，为我房间加了一台除臭除湿机。
客房冰箱里无酒精饮料免费，部分小食免费，客房装修低调奢华，床品义大利frette，一次性用品需要问酒店索取。
住店客人可以免费停车，早餐品种也很丰富。

Booked for my friend’s birthday as she loves GD. The hotel is fantastic and super comfortable. Service is awesome and make my friends feel special. And also arranged the birthday cake and balloons in the room to surprise my friends. I should say, I will definitely try this hotel myself next time while travel to TW.

服务一般，人手不足
如果房间价格低一点都可以接受，但是这个价格段的房价，外卖食品都不愿意送上客户房间，确实比较难接受
