入住时有点小摩擦，里面不知何处环节有问题，查不到预定的信息，等了有快一个小时，最后酒店接台服务员也承认自己问题，希望在代理订房上一定要确认好，以免客人入住时有问题！其他么也尚可，艺龙的客服还是很客气的！

存在欺诈行为，提供的房间和网上的严重不符。艺龙网与天利酒店并于签约关系，是通过第三方旅行社办理，非常不靠谱！网上的房间大小为38平，实际入住的仅为15平无窗房，不给调换也不退款，沟通投诉三个小时未果，很不满意的一次订房。
住了两天。第一天满意，第二天网上付款后，接到艺龙电话，协商没大床房换标间，两轮沟通后同意换为标间，十分钟后客服又打电话过来，说有大床房了，可将标间换为大床房（我以为是第一天住的大床房是继续住，不用换房了），跟客服说挺好的，谢谢谢谢。到最后是调整为无窗的大床房，沟通投诉三个小时未果，还非说我电话里同意调换的，******同意将有窗标间换为无窗的小房间啊！很不满意！！！

很不错的酒店，位置极佳，外观就很高档，环境优美，服务周到，酒店干净卫生，客房床很舒服，前台服务很热心，设施完善，交通特别方便，自驾车停车也方便。已经住过几次了，每次都很满意，周围有大型购物中心，特别方便。
