My overall experience at Yoai was great. While the hotel is a bit far from the train station, it is very close to a shopping center, and YouBike rentals are conveniently located just outside. The hotel was very clean, and the lobby was fantastic, with hot water and comfortable seating. The front desk staff were somewhat less friendly, but still polite and helpful.

电话是坏掉的。其他设施都很完善，双人床超大，床是偏硬的（刚好我们都喜欢硬床有支撑），浴缸也超大，这个假日不用2000的价格位子也不错，真的没啥好挑剔的了！

可能是顶楼，湿气重，室内空间和浴室都出现受潮的状况，有附除湿机和立扇，但小朋友仍然出现过敏，家庭房感觉许久没人入住，床头柜、桌子等室内的灰尘用肉眼就看得到。地点ok,用餐、自助洗衣等都很近很方便，柜台服务亲切。

浴缸适合一人独享，水压算强，但若同时有他房在使用就会变小，属正常现象，双人床很宽敞，房间整洁，少部分木制家具有使用痕迹，冷气需要一段时间才会凉（可能是房间空间大），延长时间一小时只需要200，也有提供休息方案，整体来说很不错，提早到跟退房后也可以寄放物品（因放在公共空间故不负责保管），有窗户的房型很推荐。
