对于这家宾馆，我想说:1、进入房间，发现浴巾、卫生纸都没有，还要跟服务员要才行；2、浴室里的置物架是坏了之后再也没有安，洗澡的时候浴液等物品都没有地方放置；3、房间里除了床头灯和卫生间灯是好的，其余的灯全部不亮，房间黑漆漆的，找宾馆方修理，好久都不来人，客服部的工作人员专业态度差，遇事推卸责任，；4、睡到半夜都会冻醒，供暖不好，问前台要空调遥控器，服务员称空调不能用，冷得话只能盖毯子，洗澡水龙头要放半天才会-出热水，加上屋子冷，洗澡简直快要冻死。呵呵，好歹也是冠一方地名的老牌宾馆，环境是又黑又冷，基础设施差，服务也差，房间那么多坏的地方，服务员不提前检查修好，遇事只会推卸责任，真是差劲👎👎👎

本人8月25日入住宁城宾馆207房间，设施很旧，服务一般。特别一提的是，26日早洗头时，随手将一块罗西尼手表放在洗手间手盆边，退房两个小时后实然想起，可是已出行100多公里，电话打回宾馆总台，总台回话说，服务员已收拾完房间，未发现手表。就这样，去了一趟宁城，把一块名表留给宁城宾馆做纪念了！
