  常年出差一直认准独秀大酒店，之前最打动我的就是前台服务，哪怕深夜两点到店，工作人员都面带笑容热情接待，特别暖心，有种回家的踏实感。昨天再次入住，前台态度冷得比室外零下25℃还刺骨，全程无交流；今早退房坐等办理，对方连眼皮都没抬一下，哪怕无按金也毫无笑脸。曾经的暖心归属感彻底没了，太失望，不会再优先选择了。

  一楼大厅有自助订房机，显示的有房间，但是前台説是没有，最后还是在网上订的。酒店整体感觉还可以，还算乾净
