非常好的一家酒店，地理位置在观前街，周边小吃，老字号皆有。得月楼，松鹤楼，五芳斋，老正兴，绿杨馄饨，都步行三分钟可到。到拙政园，平江路都非常近。1.35的床，适合带孩子出行的家庭。我们到的那天提前办理了入院，今天退房给延迟到了两点钟，还给女儿送了贴画和好时巧克力一小包。前台小妹和门童大哥都不错！我们到苏州第一个晚上入住的万豪酒店，非常另人失望，酒店的服务意识非常差！女儿说雅戈尔要比万豪强多了！
