房间很不错，酒店景色很好，前台Mark服务很周到，细心的介绍了苏州的特色和商场，酒店背靠独墅湖从房间就能看到独墅湖和酒店内部的景观。也很安静，酒店早餐类型也很丰富，还有恒温的泳池可以使用，下次来苏州还是会选择这家酒店。

强推这家酒店！紧邻独墅湖，出门就能打卡网红湖景，苏州园林式建筑颜值拉满。房开窗就是湖光山色与教堂景致，视野绝了。周边大学城配套完善，吃饭健身都方便，性价比超高！中途出去忘记扫停车码了，保安大叔非常客气地给我们核实了一下讯息就放行了。酒店还有漂亮的枫叶。

这次来苏州旅游，酒店的体验真的很棒！环境特别安静，完全没有被外界打扰，好好休息了一番。而且出门打车超方便，想去哪都能快速出发。必须夸夸Louis，在我们谘询苏州旅游攻略的时候，他不仅详细介绍了拙政园、狮子林这些必去园林，还推荐了几家地道苏帮菜馆，服务太贴心啦！

Booked 3 rooms for family members visiting China and Suzhou. Whenever someone plan to visit Suzhou, I will recommend this hotel. There were several highlights during their stay. The indoor kids playground and pool are really nice, with the young children happily using the facilities. The adults enjoyed the breakfast, especially the freshly made noodles by the chefs and there's also wide selection of food. The location is very good for relaxing walk amongst peaceful and tranquil surroundings. Finally, the staff are very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this place especially for family with children.

Excellent service by the front desk at this upscale hotel. The rooms are simply but tastefully decorated. Breakfast buffet was standard, decent quality but nothing to write home about. There are two convenience stores as well as several banks, a McDonald's, Starbucks, and tea shops nearby as well as other restaurants a bit further out. Nice park and walking paths nearby. There is an indoor children's play area as well as an outdoors playground.

The hotel is nice but the interiors look old. The old style pillows on the bed give a “old” and “not so fresh” feeling.
