住了三天，行李箱密码不对，，打不开，前台刘经理热心的帮忙弄好了吗，感觉好温馨，早餐丰富，小煎饼不错，本人睡眠不好，有一点噪音就不能入睡，半夜被轰隆声炒的睡不着，打电话给客服，马上过来找原因，好大功夫才发现是小冰箱发出来的声音，工程部经理马上处理，服务不错，餐厅服务员素质有待提高，
