真的是一次完美的体验，强烈推荐！环境雅致，书香浓浓！房间干净整洁，床具床品洗潄用品都透着店家的精心与用心。服务绝对赞，每个人都是热情周到，有求必应，店里的免费班车接送景点，真心让我这极少出远门的人感到简直太方便了，去景点路上，师傅一路还给介绍讲解，提醒买东西要注意啥的，特别要感谢叶师傅看我带孩子不熟悉路还把我们送到苏州北站，让我们母女得以顺利返回家中！酒店每晚当班经理都会送上温馨卡片及一份可爱又贴心的小礼物，两天都回的晚，也未能当面致谢！对了，酒店的早餐很棒，品种多样，中式西式还有苏州的特色小吃，味道好！……总之，下次再来，还要住这儿！
