小朋友来苏州比赛踢球订的酒店，酒店位于高新区，离苏州乐园和大阳山公园比较近。
停车位足，设施比较乾净整洁，而且工作人员服务态度非常好，酒店免费提供婴儿床，适合家庭亲子入住。
酒店早餐也很丰富，送外卖的机器人也很可爱有趣!

入住当天比较晚，酒店主动给了升房到套间
房间蛮大的，客卧分离，但是可能套房入住率不高，设备设施维护的没有那么好，不知道是墙纸还是什么有裂缝，但衞生还是不错的
套间有小冰箱，夏天来了小冰箱还是挺重要的
整体服务还是很好的，办事高效，入住当天隔壁有很多学生团队入住比较吵闹，有其他住客投诉之后马上就联系带团老师处理了
早餐品类再丰富点就好了，感觉几本看不到什么大荤菜??

每周出差苏州新区，已经N次入住华美达，整体感觉不是太好。昨天又因为房价没热水，半夜换房。常常被空调出风口震动扰得无法入睡。车库里早上送货车乱停放影响出行。晚上自助餐质量不好，常拉肚子。

国庆假期去的入住的人很多，房间很大很干净，前台服务也不错，酒店还有健身房可以使用，不愧是4星级的很棒，自助早餐也还行。
