前台服务人员一塌糊涂，帮朋友订房。入住当天强调必须另外付款按金200元，扫码付款。第二天九点退房，按金到中午也不退，后来又去酒店问，酒店説携程网预订不用按金。也就是説没有收按金也没有退按金之説。哈哈??，后来拿出交按金凭证，前台才退回按金。难怪生意不好??！
