双休日酒店人很多，都是带着孩子来玩的，早餐需要排队，晚上自助餐味道一般，酒店设施还可以，豪华房的房间不算大，报房号进盘门景区还是很方便。

苏州吴泛太平洋酒店设施比较老，但是酒店很大，酒店有室内室外游泳池，都比较小。酒店可以凭房卡直接进去盘门景区。这个还是挺方便的。距离平江路，观前街，20分钟车程。总体来说还是不错的。

酒店众多优点，亲子设计，游园便利，外观大气等等，推介宣传里已有，不赘述。
问题:
1，check in 慢，等待的客人比较多。
2，房间免费升级未必好事，贵宾楼家庭房窗子无法打开，晚上房间会有潮湿霉味。橱子桌子的边角和门把手边的橱子表面已破旧脱皮。
3，苏州市区201808近期施工较多，酒店隔音不佳。酒店所在新市路200号左右的施工工地，白天没有听到的施工车轰隆隆噪音，居然半夜才出现且一夜未停。有一部大车从不到0点开始，一直到凌晨1:23都在很响地持续播放: 车辆右（左）转请注意安全！（难道车子不动也会响？）酒店前台和保安态度很好但也无可奈何。
