极差的一次住店体验，半夜又把房间给其他住客，拿着房卡直接我们房间门打开，吓出一身冷汗，当晚没有任何弥补措施。在五星级酒店发生这样匪夷所思的事情后，酒店方并没有要为自己的错误承担任何责任的意思，只说要补偿我积分，连安全都不能保障的酒店，怎么可能再次选择入住。

酒店位置挺好的，就是停车场太坑了，要去前台报备，不然一小时10元，上不封顶……后来跟酒店说过了，走的时候还是计费了，还要通知前台，各种麻烦……

酒店设施有年头了，入住居然要等下午四点后，晚上回房间有严重异味，怀疑下水道返味，很难受很恶心，打电话到前台，工作人员查看后换了房间。这种价格的酒店真的不应该发生这种情况，哪些房间有问题应该都有数的还安排客人入住实在不应该。还好处理得算及时，早餐也不错。但是总体远不及预期，毕竟1500+一晚上。

硬件是不错的 但服务很一般 和金鸡湖其他五星比起来 早餐品种也少 最想吐槽的是 退房三天后 酒店还没向艺龙反馈入住信息 造成迟迟不能返现 不会再住 用脚投票
