酒店设施 超赞，这次住的叠翠园，硬件设施没话说。东山宾馆旧楼停止营业维修 有一点遗憾。 去酒店内走了一圈 ，太湖边上风景独好。 早餐是套餐（估计是淡季 客人较少）略有遗憾。服务到位 宝宝枕头 宝宝拖鞋（二种），宝宝牙刷牙膏 晚上甜点冰糖雪梨汤。总体体验还是不错。

我们到的这两天天气特殊，异常闷热，但是总的冷空调已关，宾馆无法提供其他解决办法，不明白难道冷热空调是分开安装的吗？其他都不错，唯独这点令人费解。

东山宾馆在当地可以算是最好的一家酒店了，旁边就是启园。里面分东西两部分楼，叠翠楼在西侧，两部分楼隔一条马路，还是挺方便的，服务态度都不错，儿童游乐设施都还可以，不会觉得无聊。

环境很好，空气清新，清晨在湖边走走👍客房内也很舒适，欢迎小条很亲切，水果很新鲜哦。退房时也有客服来询问住得感觉如何？走时，服务人员还送了水和薄荷糖，因为天热，开车出发时真觉得挺贴心的。赞
