第二次来了，前台服务很热情，免费升级了房间，提供了宝宝围栏，自助餐品种有点单一，服务还算可以，酒店环境很适合亲子

来了很多次，服务很好，酒店有专门的区域给客人放烟花，过年必去。自助晚餐性价比可以。沿着湖边走，景色很好。

设施：有些旧了，小童帐篷下面的小童垫已经晒得发白看不清图案，洗手池两个洗手池的出水口，不锈钢已经生锈，衞生间瓷砖旧了。
衞生：还好，没太大问题，主要房间有潮霉味，衣橱发霉了，大片霉斑。
建议不选一楼
环境：房间氛围感好，洗手池孩子喜欢。大环境很不错，最喜欢的一点
服务：早餐自助小姐姐有耐心，前台小姐姐也很不错。做华夫饼的小哥熊猫小哥都很棒，总体感觉推荐去

刷牙杯子还有牙膏痕迹，浴室墙壁一塌糊涂。房间超级超级大的发霉味道且潮湿。楼外墙皮散落。前台给小朋友赠送礼物并不热情，并不推荐一期住宿，太差的体验感。房间还有漏水滴水声音，完全影响睡眠。室外环境还不错。室内环境无法满足正常差旅需求。
