房间宽敞明亮，乾净衞生。位于星湖街中，出行吃饭都非常方便。前台人员服务周到，尤其是刘小姐非常热情。晚上送的水果也是非常贴心好吃。沃姆非常适合出差和居家旅行住宿，值得推荐。

整体环境很不错，很安静，房间的床品配置也很舒服！店里的服务态度都非常好，有任何问题都会随时协调调整，还有免费的早餐和 spa 福利，性价比极高，周边玩耍打车也还算方便，建议可以继续提高下酒店的配置，吹风机真的不太好使，冬天真的很需要

服务：前台热情有礼貌，并能积极提供帮助

The hotel is nice and clean. Room was spacious and washroom had all necessary items. Front desk staff is helpful. Breakfast included a large variety of items according to Chinese and western style.

The Warmly hotel is ideally located
Service is excellent and the staff are making their best efforts to make my stay conveinient.
I was happy to see that they prepared a plate of fruits for me, on my arrival.

我很少给酒店写评价 这次是真的自发的想给酒店点个赞 下午七点左右办的入住 酒店赠送了一份晚餐 没想到是两菜一汤 一份萝卜牛肉一份炒鸡蛋 一份汤 晚上还给客房送了一份水果 里面的硬件虽然不比新开的酒店新 但是衞生做的很好 面积也大 房间里的水杯还用消毒柜消毒 能看出来老板和酒店工作人员真的是很用心在做这些事情 总而言之 这个酒店已经做了很多超越这个价格的事情 极致性价比

选择周末去苏州骑行，周五晚上开车到酒店已经10点多了，没想到还送了一份迎宾果盘，办理入住两天，前台小姐姐非常客气，还送説入住每天会送一份简餐，会按时间送到房间内。自助早餐品类不算多，但是胜在基础款该有的都有啦，提个小建议，如果能多1——2种蔬菜选择就更完美了，整体环境不错，乾净且衞生。房间面积挺大，住的很舒适，同地段这价位和性价比吊打其他酒店。浴缸超大，骑行一整天很累，想泡个澡，电话给前台让酒店管家直接把一次性浴缸套送到房间。服务很到位了，提出的需求要求，前台和管家都会及时解决。以后还会考虑入住的。
