早餐种类不少，酒店位置就在吴江东太湖新城的核心地段，吴江太湖湾就在不远，交通也比便利，环境安静，随着吴江太湖湾的建设，周边会逐渐繁荣，自驾住这边还是比较合适的。

晚上23点多才入住，叫了个外卖，外卖人员送到楼下大厅，等了半小时机器人都没有送上来。打电话到前台，前台説已经送上来了，在电梯路上了，又等了一会还不见送来，穿好衣服下楼取。等电梯的时候发现电梯根本没在使用。到了楼下，大厅灯已经全部关掉了，第一次发现酒店大厅是不开灯的。有个服务人员在前台休息，我説取外卖，説对应房号，她説没有该外卖。我自己找了一下，外卖就在桌子上，单子上备注了房号。如果不想送，提前打电话让我下来取液可以。夜里睡觉，脸上滴了两滴水，起来开灯也没发现水从哪里来的，有可能是空调排气孔喷出来的。第二天上午起来发现枕头很脏，头一晚因为太晚没有注意，这个脏很难接受！人就睡在枕头上，真的很恶心。另外该酒店大厅也没有公用电脑，本来有临时工作想用一下电脑，找了一圈，问了前台，也説没有可以用的电脑。总之，这次体验非常差。

The hotel has very, very friendly staff. It is also foreigner friendly. Very good service, great breakfast, clean and comfortable room, great location. I appreciate my long stay there!
