尚阳湖酒店从硬件和服务来讲还是不错的。但我遇到的两个问题，希望酒店能做得更好，我到宿迁的时候夜间的温度只有两到三度，可是整个酒店不开空调。酒店的早餐和标准还是有一定的差距需要提高。

空调都不舍得开，还说检修，这借口找的当客人不知道么！早餐一般，甜点更是供应不上！好在床比较大，价格便宜！

入住宿迁尚阳湖酒店非常满意。酒店卫生好，房间宽大，早餐丰盛，服务态度好，酒店性价比高！下次来的话还要入住这家酒店。

酒店环境不错，很安静，装修的较好。但是中午入住6个房间，前台登记了半个多小时，房间安排在5楼，装修味道特别大，跟前台要求换房间，很爽快的答应了，但是把湖景房换成了街景房，无奈为了家人，健康，也只能这样了，有些小失望。还有遗憾的是酒店只有室外游泳池，没有室内的。

第二次入住了，明显没有第一次来的舒服，房间好像才装修过有味道，大床也不也是大床，两张拼在一起，床垫不适合底下的床，有点不舒服，最不舒服的就是退房，太慢了，住了那么多酒店都不需要押金也不要查房，下楼的时候阿姨就进去查房了，等我退房还是那么慢

酒店环境不错，安静。但早餐需要改进，连续住了三天，三天的早餐基本重复。另外，硬件部分洗澡的水温不稳定
