整体很好，旁边有个outlet可疯狂购物。
唯一不太满意的是挂了牌打扫房间却竟然没有打扫，晚上回房时，没有毛巾，厠所纸也没有，幸好，打电话去前台，很快有人送上各种用品。

位置非常好就在展览中心的楼上附近，还有一个大型的奥特莱斯商场商场里面有一家叫台湾House的中餐非常好吃是北京人开的，参加展会的人员?可以在那里订餐，老板人很好，会把餐按时送到会场

Exceptional service and delightful welcome together with five star facilities. Location is safe and close to DFO shopping and many restaurants.
Black out blinds ensure deep uninterrupted sleep.
Porters make immediate eye contact and extremely obliging to assist in every way.
Buffet breakfast to die for with so many enticing varieties to tantalise everyone's taste buds.
They make you feel warmly welcome & special.

住的很舒适，房间够大 电视也不错，很喜欢这个风景。虽然不在free tram zone但是步行到Batman park 就可以，15分钟左右，对我每天要去city的人还可以接受。遮阳窗帘是电动上下的。总的来説，对於墨尔本酒店全满全贵的这周，超级满意这次的预订（通常我都不评价lol） 附近一人食比较少，DFO意外挺好逛 满意满意 疲惫之旅得到舒缓??

我在墨尔本泛太平洋酒店有着非常美妙的体验。免费的代客泊车服务极其便利，对於短暂停留的客人来説尤其如此。从我抵达的那一刻起，前台接待人员和礼宾部工作人员就带着热情的笑容、以真诚友好的态度迎接我，让我感到备受欢迎且安心。
我对床上用品提出了特殊要求。通常情况下，其他酒店会在我办理入住手续後才安排客房服务，这会占用我享受住宿时光的空闲时间，而且让我在抵达後无法立即休息。但在泛太平洋酒店，所有的一切甚至在我踏入房间之前就已经预先安排好了。我在办理入住後就能马上休息。
酒店的热线服务也很棒。工作人员説的英语清晰明了，音质无可挑剔，即便对於非英语母语者来説也很容易沟通。我由衷地赞赏工作人员展现出的那种愿意解决问题的态度，而不是找理由拒绝合理的请求。这种通情达理的态度让我的住宿更加愉快，也给我留下了深刻的印象。
