非常舒适的入住体验，中国园林式建筑，环境优雅、陈设讲究、恬静有品，很像北京的友谊宾馆的大院落式花园酒店，院内绿树掩映，院外马路对面是望到天际的松花江，比友谊宾馆新一些。美中不足就是春节期间取消了早餐，前台一直是值班的男服务员态度一般，耐心不足，希望改善人员素质等软件服务。
