服务范畴，礼貌，对待客人热情，服务周到。初次到此入住感觉非常满意，值得再次入住。饭店的早餐选择面很大，能满足大多人的需要，好吃，实惠。还提供鲜榨水果、蔬菜汁。每天下午到晚上还提供了免费下午茶。非常温馨。

房间特别大，这个价位和房间只在贵州花果园和昆明的螺蛳湾体验过，饮用水是过滤的，用出差随身带的测水质纯净度的小米笔测过了显示水质很好，免得再买水泡茶了，所有服务人员态度特别热情，这种热情在就是北方的五星级酒店都是不具备的，这就是南北服务意识的差异。唯一美中不足的是中央空调制冷差，酒店还时不时的要关闭几次，最后叫酒店送了台电扇吹，牙具特别差和较差的快捷酒店差不多。房间网络差还有限制，手机和电脑都上不了购物网站，点开西瓜影院的网页还会跳到黄色网站，真活见鬼了，在别的地方上网又都没这种情况了，本来要住一个多星期的，最后住了三天就搬到别的酒店了，如果酒店能改进这些不足的地方以后还会首选考虑入住的
