晚餐的自助餐，因为人太多了，站着吃的。第2天去吃的中午自助餐还可以。节日人太多，没限流，体验感一般。

不太好住宿，夜里摔门情况太多了，吵到无法休息，池子应该多清理，安装好电梯最好，其余都不错，吃的不説多好，对得起这个价格吧

酒店大厅没有明显指示牌，前台帮办完入住后工作人员没有任何交代，自助餐时间什么的都没提示，甚至没有提示房间具体位置，问到才説，房间设施和装修也比较老旧，两间房同房型毛巾架款式都不一样，其中一间纸杯都没配备，房间里只有两套桑拿服和浴袍，带小朋友需要用桑拿服和浴袍还需要去女宾室单独拿各压100块钱按金，退桑拿服和浴袍也必须拿回女宾室，总体体验不好。餐厅也很一般，自助餐基本上吃不了什么，菜少且不好吃，饮料区2台饮料机空摆着接不了任何饮料，问服务员回答説机器坏了，只有白水，酒店位置问题，也点不到外卖。温泉水质挺好，这个可能是唯一的加分项。

温泉质量极好，私汤完美，环境如幻境，自助餐品类繁多，服务极好员工积极快乐，足疗推拿专业，硬件高档而不奢。距离5A景点石林非常近。是个度假养老好去处！加油

硬件:老旧，洗澡间玻璃门一个合页烂的，无法完全打开，感觉要不来多久就会一扇门的掉下来，
服务：很好，服务员都很好，有什么问题也会及时处理
衞生：池子、房间衞生可以，但是室内小童游乐园无人看管，竟然有一坨??，无法接受
自助餐：味道还可以的，也比较新鲜，早餐种类少一些
可能是天冷，人少，玩起来不会很挤
汤屋温泉水很大，很快可以放好，水质也好，只是不知道为什么，早上放的温泉水温度较低，头天晚上的就很合适

畅吃温泉区内自助餐（限住20小时内）:很超值哦，菜品都很新鲜??
服务：服务态度好??
衞生：虫子比较多，如果是容易被盯的起包包的朋友要提前备好涂抹的药物。
设施：大人、小朋友都有游玩的地方，私汤6人以上都没问题哦????
现在采摘小番茄和黄瓜也很不错，有观光车可以送哦????
