卫生间的洗漱台没有热水，只有冷水，估计是热水坏了，因为换房间麻烦，淋浴的热水正常能用，就没有联系前台换房间。前台服务还不错。
但是早餐环境不友好，有一个主播沿着取餐的地方来来回回溜达，嘴里吧唧吧唧的说着那种主播语言，实实在在的噪音污染外加唾沫污染。我向他们的餐厅人员投诉，餐厅人员和她说，也没有起任何作用！所以拉低酒店服务到三星，要只是前台可以给五星。
房间在二号楼，吃早餐要走出二号楼进入室外的院子后，再走到一号楼，不方便。

房间比较新，床品比较舒适，星级酒店品质还是有保证的，早餐品质比较中规中矩，该有的有的，品种和多数中端商务酒店差不多，比标准四星级的要少些，毕竟价格在哪摆着呢，总体来说性价比还是不错的

Hotel with good location in Shijiazhuang. Room clean, spacious, but simple equipped, especially missed a desk. Strange smell in the hotel building and in the room, probably from some recent renovation works. Lengthy check-in service which was firstly estimated by the reception staff for 20 minutes but finally a bit shorter, but it seems to be a standard in Shijiazhuang city with few exceptions.

1号楼的装修是四星标准，2号楼是三星标准，所以说1号楼更像酒店，2号楼上快捷酒店，虽然说配套也比较新，但是1号楼感觉才像一个四星级酒店的样子，2号楼那边走的也比较远，不太推荐，因为价格相差并不大而且2号楼的房间装修味道非常重。并且1号楼的房间里面有空气净化器，所以说价格相差不大的情况下，还是推荐选择1号楼
早餐很丰富，说实在的38块钱一个人的早餐相当的不错，经济实惠，品种多有现作的煎饼果子，炸油条各种凉菜，炒菜，各种水果，各种饮品，早餐在同样的标准里面，确实可以点个赞，那边好多快捷酒店的，所谓的38块钱一个人的早餐，那好的太多了

1.星级酒店的收费，快捷酒店的条件，甚至还不如。2.漂亮的大堂和你要住的并不在一个楼，住的那个楼随便进出，没人管。3.没有什么服务，充电档上了锁，大堂的人让问保安。4.临走的最后一件事是专门跑到隔壁楼送房卡。5.这淋浴头，这电视线，哎……6.空调噪音大，五六点就醒了，等着退房写评论。
