非常糟糕的酒店！一点服务没有！前台人基本没服务，洗澡时候发现浴巾毛巾什么都是湿的，本来想夏天也无所谓，就不换了，可是到床上也是湿的，有的湿，有的特别潮，我找酒店方房务部，来到竟然说我这是特价房，所以潮！让人不能理解，更可气的是她们过来根本不是给我解决问题，说因为洗澡有水汽所以潮，自己看不出来是你们没晒干被子就铺上去了啊？非得让客人很生气才给换房间！谁大半夜不想睡觉，我说要不然我跟你去别的房间看要是同样潮我就无所谓，让人不能理解，还有就是前台，一点服务没有！连句不好意思都不能说？还让客人下去换房卡，希望酒店方能正视问题，以上所说我都有录音。
