您好!在酒店入住期间，十分感谢冯姗姗、张利稳两位服务人员热情、亲切、周到的服务，让我在石家庄入冬之际感受到了如家人般的温暖。这两位人员每次都主动认真、仔细地帮我打扫卫生，更换床品，恰逢生日，晚上回来桌上精致的茶点、小公仔映入眼帘的惊喜让我在异地倍感亲切。
