每次出差同事们都住这个酒店，服务很好，特别是酒店的管家服务很好，很温馨，5楼的管家服务细节相当好，把电话方向调整到方便住客晚上拨打，拖鞋放好，电话有直拨管家功能太好了，即使当时没人接但马上管家会回拨过来，这个功能对于在外的人太有安全感了！还有电梯一出来就有服务员站那，感觉专业温馨！也住过很多酒店，但这家的服务特别舒服，不是做表面功夫，会推荐给朋友！

这是第二次住这个酒店了，开始安排的是靠近小区远离马路的房间，后来觉得不得劲，要求换到对面，竟然还是上次住的房间。酒店服务特别到位周到，专职管家高文华、付晓彦、张利稳、靳利主动提供水果、洗衣液、雪梨水、柠檬水、晾衣架等额外服务，前台接待美眉陈逸凡服务热情、笑容甜美，让人见了一天心情都美美哒。非常感谢酒店各位管家为我们提供优质服务。
