又一次快乐泡汤…感谢5260服务员，热情服务，还写了温馨留言，只是临近退房才看见，没有及时回复，抱歉哦…酒店还送了水果跟小吃，点心曲奇饼非常棒，谢谢5260服务员特意为宝贝申请的饼干…太好吃了！只是粗心忘记服务员姓名，希望酒店嘉奖5260房间服务员…💋期待下次再次相遇…房间凉被子有些薄，其他都很满意！

国庆假期带宝贝去玩的，酒店整体感觉不错，就是前台接待太乱，入住和退房都在一起，没有管理秩序的，本来好好的排队等办理，结果被好几个人插了队，瞬间影响心情！不过房间挺大的，卫生也不错！值得一提的是，餐厅很贴心，宝宝椅全部都有小棉垫子，宝贝坐着不怕冷！自助餐品种不是很多，味道还可以，服务人员的态度也很好！温泉很干净，就是游泳池的水温度有些低，儿童区在室内，不大，光线有些暗，水有点浅，宝贝身高85，水深刚刚到膝盖，滑梯下来容易磕到！

十一期间人多前台速度较慢，498不含温泉，性价比比较低。房间无直饮水，自来水煮开有异味。客房服务还是很好的，离店服务员给了很大关心问候。温泉尤其混乱，有记错账的情况，虽然最后是解决了，但耽误了不少时间。尤其要提一下的是艺龙担保金在结账以后到评论时间还没有原路退回。
