深圳的一家老牌星级酒店，酒店大楼还是挺气派的，停车可以直接停门口地面上，对自驾很方便；订得家庭房，房间面积其实还可以，设施稍显陈旧了，书桌上有个插座都掉出来了，但整体维护的还行；要吐槽的是空调，当天入住的时候深圳室外温度确实不高，但室内温度二十五六度还是挺闷的，试了半天空调发现没啥作用，打电话询问才知道酒店根本没开空调，所幸过了一会儿前台回覆空调已开，这个响应速度可以，不过估计酒店把温度定死了，反正是调不了，中午出门回来还是有点闷闷的；另外WiFi也不太稳定。其他没啥毛病，早餐该有的也都有，特别水果品种多元，服务整体不错。

地理位置不错哦 近地铁，职员有礼，外卖不可以送上房间，要下去大堂自取 这不太好。房间隔音差， 冷气不冷 坏坏地

这间洒店位置易找，接待处人员也很有礼貌。住的房间是行政房，房间面稹可以，卫生很乾诤，有1个厅，还有1个睡房，是隔开的，睡房安静，床也舒适。很晚才入住，厅的电视开了但控制器不能操控，找人来修理不了…只能在房内另1部电视收看，接待处人员说房间已满，不能换房。早餐可以，服务态度给点赞。洒店还可延迟至翠日下午3点前才退房。

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Customer service is terrible, not helpful at all. Booked a room requested a quiet room, not near a lift. The reception tried to contact me by phone, I told her that my phone wasn't connected for international calls. I asked her why didn't you email me to discuss the matter instead. She replied in China we do not email to guest. The room is quite spacious that's all I can say about the room. Nothing special, needs updating!
The location is very far to a good brand shopping mall. Needed to taxis everywhere!
Will not stay in this hotel especially for location.

酒店地理位置好，可能是因为疫情大堂很安静，疫情入住需要登记，扫码。前台的梅小姐服务态度很好，也有耐心。

这家酒店地理位置好，离东门步行街很近和地铁站距离几百米，交通很方便，前台服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，房间空间很大，客房卫生也挺好，设施不算太新毕竟也开了几年还算可以，周边有不少小吃街很喜欢，性价比不错，下次还要入住。
