因為就近求山水公園所以第一次入住，免費升級行政套房。房間又大又乾淨，還可以下午一時退房，方便早上去公園玩。行不遠有餐廳，晚餐早餐都輕鬆解決。
每小時有接駁巴士至木綿灣站（要留位）。職員有禮，幫忙代叫的士。很滿意的一次旅程。

酒店硬件各方面都不错，服务员挺好的，唯一的问题就是交通不便，尤其附近的公交改线，公交十分混乱。

孩子喜欢游泳喜欢住酒店，所以有时间就会带他去住住带浴缸带游泳池的酒店。这次这个酒店有两个亮点，第一：态度挺好，十一点多过去，直接就办理入住了，而且主动升级到行政房；第二：卫生间好，大，马桶先进舒服，浴缸大，浴缸前还有个小电视。但是相较于其他专业的五星级酒店有很大差距。房间装修不精致；设施一般，床边没电源，窗帘拉不上；网络信号不好；从楼上往下看，很破。
