房间比较小，卫生真的说不过去了，地板上，桌子上都是灰尘，还有纸片，还好有个游泳池，小朋友喜欢，所以就还好吧，房价真心是偏高了，哎，不过节假日，也是没有办法的，人多，去海边就看人了哈哈

订好酒店，已付款。后来计划有变去不了。问客服怎么退房，客服回复说可以申请，越早越好，专员会打电话来。电话来了说，该订单是不退不改的。。前面又说越早越好，后面又说不退不改？那你们应该统一口径直接说不退不改！严重影响心情。差评！我们直接打电话给酒店前台，回复说会有经理打电话来，等到8天后我写评论也没接到电话！差评！后面说可以转让。2950元改成500块都没人看！差评！差评！差评！

从别的酒店换过来的，也是从大梅沙走过来的，离大梅沙很近，很方便，带着宝宝都是步行来回，楼下三层游泳池不大，但对于我这不会游泳的人来说有就可以了，宝宝很喜欢玩，还有可能就是离海滩这么近估计大家都出去玩所以人不多！楼下是中西餐厅很方便，外边吃饭购物也很多，尤其是紧邻奥特兰斯哦，晚上海边回来逛一圈很是惬意，这次大梅沙之行很完美！

酒店位置很好，就在大梅沙奥特莱斯对面，可以看到海，周边很多吃的。酒店设施有点旧了，其它都还好。
