王桂兰阿姨很贴心，知道我喜欢多喝水便多留几瓶给我，不用我经常打去服务台，而且每次回到房间也焕然一新的感觉，赞👍🏻

前台帮忙升级到高层了，酒店位置很棒，可以说是中心位置了，服务人员很热情，微笑服务满分.....
酒店有免费饮料，但是房间沙发，凳子有污渍，且浴巾，浴衣，拖鞋质量一般，卫生一般
浴缸设计不合理，正常应该浴缸跟花洒分离的，结果这个直接结合了，而且浴缸是真的小，不够站，转个身容易贴着浴帘，浴帘的水滴下来直接在卫生间地板，容易打滑...差点就摔了，还好我手长
这个价格，我只能说可能就是卖个地段价叭…

挺好的，到了以后前台小哥哥给我免费升级乐套房，空间大了～～冰箱的饮料是免费的～酒店位置很方便，在深圳中心位置，打车方便，楼下有family mart和早餐店，酒店的早餐没定。唯一不足是厕所地面的排水不是特别好，略潮湿。

这个酒店价位对一般人虽然有点高，但是真的不错。

酒店前台很热情，尽管到达比较晚，依旧保留了房间，而且房间很宽敞～睡的很舒服，还有迷你吧～第二天一早原计划去健身房和游泳池，由于冬季，半室外的泳池未开放，健身房略小，有点小失望～总体服务还是OK，交通便捷
