酒店外面和大堂都挂了四星，但是由于同程网的虚假信息，我们的房间订的时候看的是有窗的，但实际给我们的是无窗的，酒店通知同程要告知客户，但是同程也没有尽到义务告知我们，这点非常不满意！！问服务员说酒店实际是准四星，也不知道准四星是否可以挂四颗星！酒店外面那条路上的水沟发臭！
