酒店管理、设施、服务非常到位，是非常正规酒店，卫生、干净、整洁。前台服务非常周到，在网上预定的，我们凌晨一点多才到，前台一直等着我们耐心的安排入住，服务态度超好。值得推荐。

到酒店已经不早了，可是前台说没有收到过我们的订单。很郁闷，联系了艺龙，很快解决了问题，经理替我们安排好了房间。艺龙，值得信赖！酒店不错，推荐入住。

乌鲁木齐到塞里木的路上，因为出发晚了，所以住在精河，在一个生态园旁边，位置有点偏，但是环境条件还不错，好评吧
