虽然是偏民宿公寓类型的酒店 但是感觉打扫挺乾净的 前台美女服务很好 酒店离商圈也很近 去蛇口老街吃东西山姆坐地铁非常方便 必须给好评 下次来这边玩就住你这里了????

性价比高，服务认真；因几位同行者有鼻敏感，有要求禁烟及整洁； 见到酒店有心思多放香薰。中午时，清洁员工有到房查问，因仍未外出所以先拒绝；到了黄昏??出外时，想清空房内所有垃圾桶，客服尽力帮助安排；因那是员工的非办公时间，感谢。
上层的厕所及套房的厕所门好像锁不到门????
深圳湾口岸过黎都系10 几分钟车程，我觉方便；只是繁忙时间都是会塞车，公寓到前海万象城都系10 几分钟。
楼下有便利店，有2/3 间餐馆，叫**外卖都方便，因客服在入住当日会告知详尽的入住细节????????
希望之后到访仍保持及再提升水准。

办理入住时，前台服务员説没有我预订的房间，理由是清洁人员不足，房间还没打扫好，所以要给我换另一种房型。可是当时已经是下午六点，怎么可能还会发生这种情况？第二天早上我突然发现房间完全没有电力。他们解释説是外面有工程施工导致的，但大堂、电梯和走廊的照明都完全正常，简直就是胡説八道。请大家千万不要再预订这家公寓。

第一次入住我问前台升级，给我免费申请了大平层一房一厅，房间宽敞采光又好，里面的设施齐全，冰箱也可以用，然后洗衣机还带烘乾功能，非常棒。楼下小吃店也比较多，整体也很方便

很满意哦～休假跟朋友来深圳旅游，来蛇口海上世界玩，离酒店3公里差不多很近也很方便
设施：家电都是品牌的，订的LOFT复式的房间，楼下还可以做饭～厨具都有～
衞生：打扫的很乾净，无异味，每个洗手间都有放香薰很好闻。
环境：楼下吃东西很方便，附近就是商圈，这边离海边很近，空气也感觉很好
服务：前台小姐姐小哥哥几乎有求必应，有沟通説喜欢安静的房间，前台也都安排到位了，凌晨一点多纸巾水没了还给我送过来，真是麻烦您咯～有机会还会再来的??

This serviced apartment was super clean and comfortable for my daughter and myself. I stayed at this hotel 4 weeks. The staff members very polite and efficient. The cleaning services were excellent. They cleaned my room thoroughly every day. There are grocery store, restaurants, 7/11, 24-hour gym, and so forth were nearby. The hotel is next to high-way which was super helpful to catch taxi every day. I would recommend it to anyone. The value is great too!

这家酒店乾净舒适，服务很热情！酒店衞生做得很好，房间和衞生间都很乾净，没有异味。环境安静，晚上休息不受打扰。楼下就是711便利店，停车也很方便，地铁站也很近，前台服务热情，还介绍了附近的餐饮和购物点，非常周到。下次还来这家！
