The front desk service is good. They accommodated very well. If you prefer non smoking room, then make sure to ask for it. Overall had a good stay with the services staff provided. It is also located conveniently to a mall very close by in a 1 min walking distance. Thanks to Camila and David.

Clean rooms.
Reception was very helpful when I ask to change room as the first room assigned has cigarette smoke smell.
I also requested extra bed for one of the rooms and was promptly delivered. Housekeeping ladies very helpful too.
Robot to deliver your food orders.
Washing machine and dryer available too. Suggest for English instructions to be added. (Of coz I used google translate)
Location: mall next door. McDonalds and Starbucks next door. Subway is 10mins walk away though have to be careful with the motorised scooters zig zag on the pedestrian pathway.
Very easy to get taxi.

第二次来住了，房间还是一如既往的大，而且洗浴用品的味道非常好闻～工作人员非常热情还帮我们这次的房间做了升级，个人觉得是非常好的入住体验，下次来深圳还会住这，离罗湖的万象城和口岸都很近，地理位置很好，还可以随时跑去香港一日游！就拍了一张房间照片剩下两张凑数了请大家看夕阳

房间看得出酒店很有心思营造阅读气氛，有一个独立小角落让住客看书，卫生又做得不错，也有电动窗帘。可惜房间灯光比较暗，看书比较辛苦。
位置方便也不错，楼下就有商场也有夜市，短暂住一日基本上可以不用去其他地方。
服务很好，前台服务人员很热心帮忙延迟退房，有什么问题前台也用心解答。经过见到清洁人员亦会热情打招呼。
设施方便健身室景观一流，提供的早餐简单但一应俱全，中西式也有选择。每层住宿也有一个阅读角落，可惜与房间问题一样灯光比较暗。
综合价钱服务设施，我觉得是一间性价比很高的酒店，建议房间灯光可以光亮一点。
