这家酒店的前台真是太差了。酒店客房装修味道很大。但是窗子不知道怎么开。电话前台说酒店设计的就是不能开。我告诉你，这是违法国家建筑消防和节能设计规定的，你怎么通过的工程验收。前台小姐让我开空调，但是空调mode只有一个制冷选项，没有通风选项，必须把温度设到低于房间温度才能通风，这时候房间已经19度了。难道我要开着17，8度的空调睡觉。请前台安排客房服务来看一下空调，自始至终没人理。无法上网，第二次用房间电话前台不接。于是手机查到酒店电话辗转打过去，响一声就接了，告诉我要进什么163.com的网站登录才可以。我说为何入住时没有任何说明，打电话你们也没人接，我还得手机漫游打过来。前台小姐说因为多数客人电话都会直接跳转，然后现在漫游不收费，漫游没关系啊。我说，难道不麻烦吗?你们有这么多服务问题，自始至终理直气壮不觉得自己有问题吗？该人员一直态度很不以为然。跟酒店品质极其不符。味道很大，不建议住。
