酒店环境很好，工作人员服务也都蛮热情，出门就是东门老街，吃的玩的全都有。酒店对面就是地铁站，非常方便，后面如果再来，还会首先考虑这家店的。

在网上见到评价不错的酒店，抱住试一下的心情预订了一晚。酒店大堂入口比较偏，服务不错，还免费升级了房间。房间光猛卫生程度尚可，就是冰箱味道比较大，难以接受

酒店位置非常好，老街站出行五分钟。附近有大型商场和食肆，老街周围环境比较嘈杂热闹，但出奇地酒店在另一旁很安静。员工很有礼貌和友善。房间很整齐乾净，虽然厕所细了一点，但整体都非常好，亦有小冰箱。

今次我系新年前夕去深圳，预订咗你哋呢间双床房，房间本身有洗衣机同微波炉，设备其实几方便。
但今次入住体验真系好差：
床单同枕头袋有问题，瞓觉期间身体异常痕痒，旅程结束后仲出现头皮发炎、生头疮嘅情况。
另外，房间张床没有围边，导致我只脚受伤；厕所同浴室嘅螺丝冇拧实，其他配件亦松脱随时会跌，感觉好危险。
最影响入住嘅系水压好低，我同前台反映过，话会派人检查，但之后完全冇跟进，亦冇安排换房。
整体今次旅程体验好失望，不过我都仲系愿意畀多一次机会你哋，希望酒店可以认真改善卫生、设备维修同前台跟进服务，唔好再令其他客人有同样差嘅体验。

已经是第N次入住壹棠。地点方便。在老街站东门。去哪也方便。入住迅速。职员亲切有礼。房间整洁，无可挑剔。一夜睡得很好。在走廊见到的职员也有礼貌跟我们打招呼及主动协助推行李。每一次也令我有回家的感覚。壹棠永远是我和家人的信心之选。

多次预订东门壹棠公寓，今次都一样没有令我失望。
本来只系预订咗一间普通大床嘅房间，感谢前台为我升级了。房间很满意，有雪柜同炉具，洗衣机，唯一要挑剔的就是电视不能移动，如果想睇电视就要坐梳化睇，不能坐床度睇。
地理位置都方便，系老街站5分钟就到。行去东门町一带亦不远。
整体黎讲，十分满意，下次都会再黎。????

Really satisfied with the hotel! Location was fantastic, super close to food and shopping as well as the metro station.
