Wonderful big room. Is just beside Dongmen Pedestrian street with many food and some shopping options. Bus stop right in front too.
Breakfast is not bad and nightly porridge included.
There should be a metro station nearby but I moves around in Didi most of the time.
They even have FOC laundry service for you and will bring your washed and dried clothes back to your room so that you don’t have to do it yourself.
Overall a great hotel.

Front desk service was good and they helped us to receive our Taobao parcels and keep safe upon our arrival from GZ.
Double super single rooms was huge but we were separated on different rooms which was a hassle to go to ea others room, and we didn't know that it was along the Dongmen street w lots of honking(not for light sleepers) but the beds and 2 pillows was so comfortable that we had v good sleep.
Must try the Chinese restaurant just outside the lift, good services and food suits our taste, better than GZ which was too bland IMHO

We were welcomed with friendly receptionists and served with drinks while waiting for our room. We used to stay in Atour and it never disappoints me. The room was clean and also equipped with all the amenities. The location is good if you plan to go for shopping and eating at Dongmen. Very accessible. We enjoyed our stay.

第一次来深圳罗湖，酒店地理位置很不错，逛街吃饭都十分便利，下楼就是老街！酒店环境也非常乾净整洁，房间比我预期的要宽敞很多，好评！

位置优越，楼下步行过去对面就是东门步行街，步行4四分钟就有地铁站，房间隔音不错，还比较安静，每一个工作人员都很有礼貌，早餐品种齐全味道也不错

房间宽敞，通透，乾乾净净的。服务员很温柔和耐心。离水贝珠宝交易中心打车10分钟。所以去水贝淘首饰给忘记退房时间了，也没多説就给我开门了，再就是睡衣很舒服。斜对面就有深圳老食客喜欢的“蘩楼”，早茶时间排长队呢但是精致又美味。
