房间位置在酒店旁边的一栋矮房子，非常近大街，可能隔音好所以不嘈吵。
房间空间感很大而且很整洁，装潢漂亮有点古色古香，美中不足是淋浴间，其中一面墙是落地玻璃，里面是一些花草树木极像一个迷你森林，洗澡时令人带点不安，我女儿更是害怕；另外，水压不够，淋浴莲蓬头出水量不足。
格价合理，酒店整体质素不错，在甘坑旅游住宿是一个不错的选择。

Clean room and friendly staff. A small town close to the borders that suits a night stay to see both day and night. The hotel itself is close to a lot of restaurants and spots. Good stay!

Family suite was actually one big room with a partition to separate the 2 beds. Sound proofing was terrible. There were loud speakers on the street all night, no one at reception picked up the phone. In the end husband had to go straight to the shop and ask them to turn off the speaker.

很好的一次住宿体验，酒店位置在古城正中，酒店整洁，房间光线充足，只是床褥和枕头比较软，未适合个人需求，早餐胜价比高。

酒店服务超好，前台员工非常帮忙也很礼貌，酒店很精致，位置於古镇中心，酒店有小型旅车可往来接返於古镇内，非常方便造，朋友跟我都超爱～

在云云古/仿古大宅中，出现一座具有现代化的建筑物，令人有一种特别的感觉，非常吸引。
走进玻璃中厅有豁然之感，转头看到酒店大堂柔和的灯光带瑰丽的陈设，更加吸引。

今次与家人甘坑古镇两日一夜旅游，我订了三间房，分别是双床房，大床房和亲子艺术套房，很棒，超级赞，房间装修新净，清洁，与网上图片一样 ，
一楼大堂装修美轮美奂，打咭一流，有电梯，酒店位置好，到南门和二十四史书院都方便。 在旁边凤凰酒楼食早餐和晚饭，有特色，食物美味， 价钱实惠。
退房离店时，职员还预备车送我们到南门。
特别多谢前台的帅哥和美女小姐姐??， 态度积极又友善，给予了我们极大的方便。

在甘坑中心地方，环境一流及安静，房间清洁很好，冷气有多个模式可调节非常方便，床头已经可以控制所有灯，实在太方便。
其中前台小亮 、小宝 、小叶三位员工实在赞得一赞再赞，可以让客人有宾致如归的感觉，实在太难得。下次必会再入住。
