房间还不错，就是有三个机让人受不了，暖气机像发电机吵得让人不能睡，电吹风像吸尘机响得让人怒发冲冠，排风扇像拖拉机，让人不敢进卫生间，订了四天，熬了三天，生怕会脑振荡，提前跑了，唉，艺龙啊艺龙，让我无语让我疯

在艺龙网预订的北京文华大厦标准间，很快就有回馈了。酒店环境很好，位置不错。中央民族大学就在对面，离北外、及中央舞蹈大学也很近，客服安静舒适，卫生间干净，热水供应充足。餐饮大厅不供应早餐，但是可以提供中餐和晚餐，味道尚可。就是头天打扫卫生后，服务员忘记给地巾了，在退房的时候遇到些小纠葛，不过很快就顺利解决。
