一楼一位短头发女客服态度无敌差，我们是商务出差，当得知我们是在艺龙预定房间而不是在前台定（差好多钱）立刻翻脸，各种刁难，是她们看错预定名字，非说艺龙下单错误，大半夜的电话沟通好久，一句抱歉也没有。丑人多做怪！！！
