酒店服务一般，我们在中餐厅大堂吃晚饭，只提供150元/位的套餐，只也算了必竟是春节，菜单上并没有收服务费提示，结帐时却说要收15%服务费，使人不能接受，按惯例你应告知在先，这点做得差。
