宾馆的设施还不错，服务因人而异吧，有些服务员的素质的确要提高，不然有损五星形象，健身房在地下一层，缺点是外包的，没去，也不知道怎样，早饭也在地下一楼。感谢礼宾部的小陈，帮我们拿了很重的行李。

整体还算满意，环境安静，早餐还算不错。说一下不满意的地方，1.没有主动提供免费剃须刀 2.提供的免费瓶装水不是其它开元店的550ml，而是小瓶360ml，牌子也没体现“开元”。3.缺少儿童娱乐场所，温水泳馆水温偏冷。
