2月5日住了一晚，车放地下停车场灯光昏暗，第二天匆匆离开到高速服务区才发现，应该是顶上漏液，不知如何追讨，挺郁闷的。房间还可以房价不便宜性价比不高

每次來韶關都入住華美達，白天在風度軒中餐廳喝個早茶，晚上在足道養生來個沐足按背。
訂的江景大床房，空調開了一下午毫無制冷。打電話到前台，一個小姐姐說沒有其他江景大床房可換給我。麻煩您查一下入住紀錄可以嗎？平均每個月都來一次的老客戶，非週末節假日竟然跟我說沒房。後來一個男經理直接給我們升級成行政房作補償，感謝！
晚上太餓，打電話給前枱要免費小餅乾，爽快地送了兩包曲奇上來，好吃！感謝！

第二次入住，性价比不错，干净卫生，早餐品种丰富，有露天游泳池，但由于天气比较冷，没有游泳，这间酒店在韶关市区应该算好的了

2米的大床超舒适，酒店位置就在北江边，景色好，楼下商城购物方便，累了浴缸泡个澡，超舒服的，有时间还可以去健身房锻炼锻炼

前臺服務很好，早餐比想像之中豐富，有很多選擇。客房清潔令人滿意，又有書檯，酒店對面就是韶關東站，乘車去丹霞山或高鐵轉火車去郴州也很方便。而門口轉角處又有大型商場和步行街，要吃要購物也行。
