前台人员处理事情的能力认真的差，不是投诉就可以解决问题，希望酒店可以尽快提高酒店前台接待人员的工作能力，网上预定酒店就不能好好接待吗？特价房就不能好好接待吗？还有部门和部门之间信息传递不及时，导致客人一等再等，多次打电话沟通都不能给处理！！！这次实在是太恼火了！环境，设施等都可以，就是欠缺工作人员在处理事情的应变能力！服务业就是以顾客为中心，不是这样子制造麻烦！真心希望下次同类事情不要再发生，酒店是值得入住，就因为这工作人员就抹杀了它的价值！

房间太旧，有一股难闻气味，环境、卫生、设备一般，保安服务态度较差！我看见有空位没车停放，保安说这位不许停车，第二天起来却停有车。气死人也！以后去广州不会再订这里。
