Spacious & beautiful room. All amenities are so high tech. Hotel lady owner & staff are so friendly and considerate. Made Warm Rose Milk Tea upon our daily returns on cold days. Totally enjoyed my 3 nights stay.

服务很好，服务员很友善，房间很清洁乾净，还帮我们搬行李上楼。刚到步入进房间，服务员讲解房间设备很清楚。早餐以清淡为主，适合高海拔的我们。睡前都会送来我们一杯热牛奶，还有接送去高铁站，刚到步也会来接待我们到酒店。不需要步行。如果再来第二次香格里拉旅行，我会再一次选择住这里。

The hotel is very cute with a warm and charming atmosphere. The staff are extremely attentive and provide excellent service. They even serve fresh fruits and warm yak milk tea. Breakfast is available (not halal), and my friends said it was okay.
