这次入住香格里拉仁安悦榕庄的体验远超预期。酒店坐落于雪山与峡谷之间，环境静谧而壮美，真正让人感受到远离城市喧嚣的宁静。无论是房间设计、景观视野还是整体服务品质，都充分展现了悦榕庄品牌一贯的高水准。
特别想感谢前台的 Zhuoma。在入住期间，她始终热情、专业且细致周到。从办理入住、介绍酒店设施，到耐心解答各种问题，都让我感受到宾至如归的温暖。她真诚的微笑和主动贴心的服务，为这次旅程增添了许多美好的回忆

房间是藏式风格，两层小楼木质结构，很漂亮，一股淡淡的香气，很温柔很舒适，管家服务有求必应，很满意哈. 酒店配套的星岚旅拍也很赞哦，跟闺蜜拍到了人生中的臧氏旅拍. 值得一提的是酒店的氂牛肉火锅真的太好吃了，推荐推荐，这是一次难忘的入住体验。

I had a fantastic stay at Banyan Tree Ringha Shagri-La. The ******* village-style villas were beautiful, cozy, and full of character, making the whole experience feel authentic and special. The location is incredibly peaceful and serene, perfect for relaxing and unwinding away from the city.
The food at the restaurant was also very tasty, with a good selection of dishes and flavorful local options.
A big thank you to Jay and Zhuoma for their warm hospitality and helpful service throughout my stay. They really made the experience even more memorable. I would highly recommend Banyan Tree Ringha to anyone visiting Shangri-La.
