我是第二次预订酒店入住了，去日本前一晚住在这里就感觉超级舒服，从日本回来那晚接着预定同一个房间，感觉这服务都可以和日本媲美了，服务员有礼貌，热情，素质很高，尤其是5号和11号，让人觉得非常暖心，房间设施一如既往的好，这次早餐是在酒店里吃的，种类繁多，还是国内的饭好吃啊??，这个价格真的很值，满分??

原本考虑橘子的，看点评说房间不是很大，住了维也纳看上去很大气，转机住的，周围有点荒凉，就一家小餐馆吃饭的，好在有免费班车接送，酒店前台服务超级好，01号给免费升级了房间，早上也没催退房，可以的，洗漱用品都很高档，第二天负责接送到机场的22号小哥哥还给送了水，很贴心，给两位员工好评，适合浦东机场转机或赶机的，下次还住，干净满意

这个价格其实很优惠了，但是酒店服务很让人意向不到，我经常出差住酒店，也是相对比较多了，这家酒店人人性化服务很到位，这次我带着小孩子一起入住，在大厅里直接拿到了儿童礼物，里面有儿童牙刷和儿童拖鞋，让我感觉特别贴心。第二天早上要赶着坐飞机，没想到6点的时候搬离离店手续还收到了早餐！谢谢！全程很贴心，连我老公也说了！真的很不错。
