1. 刚入住时，免费给升了级，因为房间还没打扫干净，就让我们先寄存行李，过一个小时再来，我们就先去吃饭。管寄存行李的是个岁数稍微偏大的男士，很懒，还是让我快70岁的母亲把行李拿进小屋的。大部分服务人员还是不错的，但是我们赶上了一个懒的。
2. 酒店很干净，地毯一看就经常清洗。
3. 房间内的物品也干净整洁。
缺点：屋里电门太少，最后把手机拿到卫生间充的电。
